2. For what purposes and on what legal basis are your personal data processed?
Visiting the website
When you visit our website, data that is technically necessary to display our website is automatically processed. These data are for example your IP address, device type, browser type, previously visited website, visited subpages or date and time of the respective visitor inquiry. This data is stored in the log files of our systems for a maximum of six months.
The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the functionality and security of our website.
Contact forms and enquiries
If you contact us via our website, we also process the data that you provide in the contact forms or your enquiry, for example your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your messages to us. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
3. To which recipients will your data be transmitted?
We use service providers (so-called contract processors) for the operation and support of our website.
We may pass on your data to other third parties, e.g. public authorities or other public bodies, if we are legally obliged to do so or if the transfer is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Google Maps
In order to provide you with an overview of our locations, we use the “Google Maps” service on our website. The provider of this service, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), processes personal data when Google Maps is used, which may include, among other things, the IP address of your terminal device and your location data. To process your location data, you must have allowed access to your location in your device settings. Data is only transmitted to Google when you click on the map. 4. Will your data be transferred to third parties?
Some of your data will also be processed in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) which may have a lower level of data protection than within Europe. In such cases, we will ensure an adequate level of data protection for your data by means of contractual agreements based on the EU standard contracts (copy available on request) or, in the case of recipients domiciled in the USA, by means of the EU/USA Privacy Shield Certification, or we will ask you for your express consent to transfer the data.
5. When will your personal data be deleted?
We will delete your data in accordance with legal retention periods as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose in question, for example when the processing of you request has been completed.

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you can revoke this consent at any timw. The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of your consent until you revoke your consent.

We take your enquiries and concerns very seriously and make every effort to comply with them at all times. In Bavaria, the responsible supervisory authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
